Terms of Service

This portal is provided by EchoForge Software (Pty) Ltd, trading as Echo Software. By signing in and using the portal you agree to these terms. If you are using the portal on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Access is granted to specific people at our client companies. Keep your login credentials confidential, do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Use the portal only for its intended purpose: viewing your account and dealing with us about your projects and services. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other clients, probe or bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

You retain ownership of the content you submit through the portal. You grant us the access needed to store it, show it back to you, and use it to provide support. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects access.

To the extent permitted by law, Echo Software is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
